Do you require a fee for finding a placement?
We're paid by the senior living communities once a placement is made.
How fast can this happen?
As fast as it needs to. Some families have weeks to plan; some need a home by Friday. Tell us your timeline on the first call and we'll build the shortlist around it.
What documents do I need?
Less than you'd think to start. For the first call, nothing. As we get further in, we'll walk you through what each specific home requires, usually some basic medical and financial information.
Is there any obligation once I talk to you?
None. The first call is exactly what it sounds like, a conversation, not a commitment.
What if it doesn't work out?
It happens. A home can look right and not be right once someone's actually living there. We'll help you course correct, including finding a different home if it comes to that.
